SEL women 2:00 pm men 2:30 pm
Red Rose women 1:35 pm men 2:15 pm
Mid Lancs. women 2:00 pm men 2:30 pm
Championship Categories
Under 35 women
Under 40 men
35 & over women
40 & over men
The UK athletics rule regarding age groups & ruling date 31 August (midnight)/1 September to apply.
Scoring
In all championship age categories 1st place 30 points, 2nd place 28 points, 3rd place 27 points etc
Up to the best 8 races will count towards the final positions.
The winner will be the runner with the highest cumulative score.
In the event of both athletes obtaining the same score that position will be shared
Championship Awards
Perpetual trophies will be awarded to first man and woman in each age category.
Championship trophies to first 3 men and women in each age category.
Additional award will be presented to runners who complete 12 races.
The championship presentation will be at Gin Pit at the end of March – date to be confirmed.
